Nono’s Net Café was founded by Margaret Buso after she was retrenched in 2023. While searching for employment, she often had to walk nearly three kilometres simply to access affordable internet, complete online applications and print essential documents.
That experience showed her how many job seekers, students and entrepreneurs in Khayelitsha face the same barriers. Margaret created Nono’s Net Café to bring these essential services closer to the community.
